Question 1

How does Mordomos work?

Accepted Answer

Send the client’s request (text, audio or photo) to Mordomos WhatsApp. The AI structures the quote and gives you a preview link. When you want to send it, unlock the clean PDF.

Question 2

What is free and what do I pay for?

Accepted Answer

Creating quotes, chatting with the AI and previewing (including a watermarked PDF) is free. You only pay to unlock the clean PDF for your client. There is no subscription.

Question 3

How is the unlock price calculated?

Accepted Answer

By the number of items (service lines) in the quote: 1–8 items €4.90; 9–24 items €8.90; 25+ items €11.90. It does not depend on the job’s euro value.

Question 4

What counts as an item?

Accepted Answer

Each service line in the PDF (e.g. “Wall painting”). A package with several bullets still counts as 1 item. Client name, address, VAT and terms do not count.

Question 5

Can I edit the quote after paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Small corrections (name, address, prices, normal job extras) are included. If the quote grows into a larger size, you only pay the difference. A full rewrite counts as a new unlock.

Question 6

Do I need to install an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Use the WhatsApp you already have — no required dashboard.

Question 7

Do quotes include VAT?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You set the default rate and the AI calculates the totals.

Question 8

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Encryption, EU servers and GDPR compliance. Payments via Stripe.
