Stripe payments
Pro and Business subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS certified.
WhatsApp Business
WhatsApp connectivity uses a self-hosted WhatsApp Business session (Evolution API / Baileys) on our infrastructure. Messages are processed to generate quotes; we do not sell data to third parties. You can stop anytime — just stop messaging. To delete data or request deactivation of the number, contact [email protected].
Encryption and access
HTTPS (TLS) in transit, restricted database access and regular backups. Team access follows least-privilege principles.
